Warehouse Supervisor
Timpl has partnered with a leading 3PL logistics service provider offering
integrated solutions including air, ocean, and ground transportation,
warehousing & distribution, and customs clearance. And we are seeking
a Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with any
applicable federal or state laws.
* Comply with the customer’s warehouse operations processes and
* Adhere to customer’s warehousing policies, procedures and practices to best
meet quality aspect of operations.
* Plan and conduct employee training for warehouse team members to secure
safety and stable operations.
* Perform warehouse asset management (purchasing and maintaining equipment)
in compliance with any applicable state and federal laws, as well as to
secure stable operations.
* Schedule and meet with team members on a regular basis.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
* 3 - 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics related field preferred.
3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
* Excellent team player
* Strong C/S and interpersonal skills.
* Efficiency in MS Office products.
* English and Korean bilingual required.
