What You'll Do
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for a portfolio of assets.
Analyze results and provide strategic recommendations to enhance value.
Partner cross-functionally to support capital planning, reporting, and investment decisions.
Prepare performance updates and valuation analyses for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or investment roles.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Effective communicator with experience presenting to leadership or external partners.
