We are seeking a Billing Analyst to become an integral part of our team! You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts as it relates to billing. This is a contract to hire, remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Research and respond to billing inquiries
Review AP Aging Reports
Utilize excel daily (pivots and VLOOKUP)
Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Billing/AR
Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
Experience in data entry
Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
Ability to prioritize and multitask
