Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of manufacturing equipment, machinery, and workstations to ensure optimal operation and hygiene.
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal.
Use industrial cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively to clean floors, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
Assist with janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash receptacles, and maintaining restrooms.
Follow established safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination.
Perform heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or waste materials as required to support cleaning operations.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.
Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and proper usage techniques.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy objects.
Must pass criminal background check and drug testing.
