Do you enjoy solving business problems with data? As a BI Analytics Engineer, you will work with teams across Uline to turn business needs into analytics solutions that drive better decisions. From Power BI dashboards to Python automation, you will tackle a variety of projects and technologies, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills and make an impact across the company.

Position Responsibilities
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports that turn business data into actionable insights.
Partner with internal teams to understand their needs and develop analytics solutions that support informed decision-making.
Build and enhance reporting and automation solutions using Python and Microsoft's Power Platform.
Lead analytics projects from initial planning and development through implementation and ongoing improvement.
Troubleshoot, maintain and optimize reporting solutions to improve performance, reliability and usability as business needs grow.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree. Major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience with Power BI and business intelligence development. Python experience preferred.
Strong SQL skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and troubleshoot data issues.
Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
