About the Role
Wesley Willows is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Bistro Cook to join our dining team. If you have a background in fine dining, country clubs, or upscale hospitality and take pride in food that looks and tastes great, we’d like to meet you. This is a daytime role with a consistent early schedule, so your evenings are free.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following menus and residents’ dietary needs
Operate kitchen equipment safely and keep the kitchen clean and sanitary
Help with food storage and inventory, and support special events and functions
Work with the dining team to deliver consistent quality and great service
Adapt to changing needs while keeping the kitchen safe and efficient
What You’ll Need
3–5 years of culinary experience in fine dining, private restaurants, country clubs, or upscale hospitality (required); culinary school training may count toward this experience
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Must be 18 or older to operate kitchen equipment that can be hazardous (required)
Strong knowledge of fine dining standards and advanced cooking techniques
Schedule
Full-time, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Rotating weekends required

$16–$20 per hour, based on experience
