Competitive Pay: $30.00 - $45.00/hour + credit given for experience, licensure, and shift differentials
How You Will Make an Impact:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care by planning, coordinating, and implementing personalized care plans
Administer medications and treatments, follow physician orders
Uphold rigorous standards of documentation and infection control
Stay calm in emergencies, collaborate with teams, and proactively solve problems
Uphold the dignity of each resident while fostering a positive, professional environment
What You Will Need:
Valid Illinois RN or LPN license (required)
One to two years of experience in a long-term care environment (preferred)
Strong interpersonal relations and proven communication skills, both verbal and written
