Mechanical Project Manager Fort Worth, TX | Commercial HVAC/Mechanical Construction We’re partnering with a well-established commercial mechanical contractor in the Fort Worth area that is looking to add a Mechanical Project Manager to their team. This role will manage commercial HVAC/mechanical projects from start to finish, working closely with customers, field teams, subcontractors and vendors. What You’ll Do Manage commercial HVAC/mechanical projects, budgets and schedules
Coordinate with field teams, customers, subcontractors and vendors
Review plans, specs and project scope
Track project costs, materials and overall progress
Troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving
Maintain strong customer and project relationships What They’re Looking For
Commercial HVAC/mechanical construction experience
Project management experience
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction
Ability to read plans and specifications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
VRF experience is a plus
