Position Purpose
The Workforce Partner Referral Program is designed to connect talented individuals referred by JCB's workforce development partners, community organizations, educational institutions, and approved referral programs with future career opportunities at JCB.
While immediate openings may not be available, JCB is committed to identifying and building relationships with qualified candidates who may be considered for future positions across manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, maintenance, engineering, administrative, and professional functions. Candidates who apply through this program will be reviewed and may be contacted as opportunities become available that align with their qualifications and experience.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to safety, attendance, and quality.
Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing business needs.
Relevant work experience, training, education, or certifications related to future career opportunities.
Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment assessments, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law and position requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, construction, maintenance, or industrial environments.
Technical, vocational, military, trade school, or certification-based training.
Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic.
Experience working in team-oriented environments.
Interest in long-term career growth and development opportunities.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
