An exceptional opportunity for a junior Remote Web Developer to shape the future of Offshore Staffing in Liverpool.
Offshore staffing runs on systems that have to work first time, every time.
Timesheets, compliance checks, client portals, candidate tracking: all of it depends on software that doesn't fall over when a client in one time zone and a workforce in another are both relying on it at once.
This role sits inside an established and growing SME that builds and maintains exactly those systems, and it's looking for a Remote Web Developer who wants to learn fast and build things that matter.
Here's what you'll be doing: Build and maintain web features used daily by offshore staffing clients and internal teams Fix bugs reported from live systems and track down the root cause, not just the symptom Write clean, tested code across front-end and back-end tasks as needed Work with senior developers on code reviews and pick up feedback quickly Support integrations with third-party tools used in staffing and workforce management Document your work so the next developer (possibly future you) understands it Here are the skills you'll need: Solid grounding in JavaScript, HTML and CSS, plus at least one modern framework Some experience with a back-end language and working with APIs Comfortable using Git and taking part in a structured development workflow Good written communication.
You'll be remote, so clarity matters more than usual A genuine appetite to learn.
This is a junior salary banding with mid-level responsibility, and the company will invest in you if you show up ready to grow Self-discipline to manage your own time and flag blockers early, rather than sitting on them Key perks and benefits: Salary of £20,000 to £35,500, depending on experience Fully remote working, with the flexibility to structure your day around deep work Private medical insurance and pension contribution Annual leave plus flexible working arrangements Bonus schemes and genuine room to grow into a more senior developer role Why pursue a career in Offshore Staffing?
Offshore staffing has grown steadily as businesses look further afield for skilled, cost-effective talent, and the software behind it has to keep pace.
Liverpool has quietly built a strong reputation for digital and tech talent, and a Remote Web Developer based here can work on offshore staffing platforms without ever needing to relocate.
Good developers who understand this sector are hard to replace, which makes it a genuinely solid place to build a career.
This Remote Web Developer opportunity is brought to you by The Opportunity Hub UK.
