Ambitious Dedicated Offshore Developer wanted to drive real impact in Offshore Staffing from New York.
Offshore Staffing has moved well past the days of cheap, interchangeable headcount.
Clients now expect dedicated technical talent who can embed into their teams and deliver like an in-house hire, just remotely and at better value.
This role sits inside an established enterprise staffing provider, the kind of organisation that has already built the frameworks, the client relationships and the scale.
You're joining a structure that works, not one you have to build from scratch.
Here's what you'll be doing: Work as a Dedicated Offshore Developer embedded within a client's existing engineering team, attending their stand-ups and sprint planning Build and maintain features across the stack, following the client's codebase conventions and release cadence Write clean, tested code and review pull requests from teammates based in New York and elsewhere Troubleshoot production issues and own fixes through to deployment Document technical decisions so the client's internal team can pick up your work without friction Flag risks or delivery blockers early, rather than letting them surface in a sprint review Here are the skills you'll need: A few years of hands-on development experience, ideally across more than one client or project environment Comfort working independently while staying visible and communicative.
Offshore doesn't mean invisible Solid grasp of version control, CI/CD pipelines and standard testing practices Strong written English.
Most of your collaboration will happen asynchronously, across time zones The ability to adapt quickly to a new client's tech stack and internal processes A genuine interest in long-term delivery, not just shipping a feature and moving on Key perks and benefits: Salary of $33,000 to $55,500, set to reflect mid-level experience and consistent delivery Fully remote working arrangement, with the flexibility that brings Comprehensive benefits package including private medical and dental insurance Enhanced pension scheme and performance-based bonuses tied to delivery quality Structured career development within a large, established organisation rather than a sink-or-swim start-up Why pursue a career in Offshore Staffing?
Demand for dedicated offshore developers keeps climbing as companies look to stretch their engineering budgets without cutting corners on quality.
New York remains one of the biggest hubs for this kind of staffing work, with no shortage of enterprise clients needing reliable technical talent.
Build a track record here and the next step, whether that's a senior offshore role or a move in-house, tends to follow naturally.
This Dedicated Offshore Developer opportunity is brought to you by The Opportunity Hub UK.
