Here's what you'll be doing: Work directly within client engineering teams as their Dedicated Offshore Developer, owning features end to end Write, test and ship production code across backend and frontend systems depending on client need Join daily stand-ups and sprint planning with client-side teams based in Seattle and beyond Flag technical risks early and propose fixes before they become client-facing problems Document your work clearly enough that another developer could pick it up without a handover call Pair with other offshore developers on the team to keep code quality consistent across accounts Here are the skills you'll need: Three or more years building production software, ideally across more than one stack Comfort working async with distributed teams across time zones, Seattle included Strong written communication.
