Step into this Offshore Full Stack Developer role and build something that matters in Offshore Staffing.
Offshore staffing has moved well beyond cheap headcount.
Clients now expect senior-grade engineering delivered remotely, on time, and without the usual handoff mess.
This SME has spent years building that reputation, and it's grown by doing the work properly rather than chasing volume.
The business sits in New York, serving clients who need a development partner they can actually rely on.
Here's what you'll be doing: Build and maintain full stack features across front end and back end, from database schema through to the interface a client's end user actually touches Write clean, tested code in JavaScript/TypeScript (or the client's preferred stack) and review pull requests from teammates Work directly with offshore and onshore teams to translate client requirements into working software, not just tickets Debug production issues under reasonable time pressure and document the fix so it doesn't happen twice Contribute to architecture decisions on new client projects, flagging risk early rather than after launch Keep deployment pipelines and environments running smoothly across the projects you own Here are the skills you'll need: 2 to 4 years' experience as a full stack developer, ideally with exposure to client-facing or offshore delivery work Solid grasp of a modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue or similar) plus Node.
js or an equivalent back end language Comfortable with relational and non-relational databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, and basic cloud deployment (AWS, Azure or GCP) Strong written communication.
You'll often be explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders Able to work independently across time zones without needing constant supervision A genuine interest in getting the detail right, not just shipping something that compiles Key perks and benefits: Salary of $34,500 to $53,000, set by experience and the client workload you take on Fully remote working, with the flexibility to structure your day around delivery rather than a desk Private medical insurance and pension contribution Annual leave plus flexible working arrangements that actually get honoured Bonus schemes tied to project performance, and clear routes for progression as the team grows Why pursue a career in Offshore Staffing?
Offshore staffing is one of the few corners of tech where demand keeps climbing regardless of the wider market's mood.
Companies based in New York and across the US increasingly build permanent offshore teams rather than one-off contractor arrangements, which means the work is steadier and the relationships run deeper.
Good developers who deliver reliably don't stay junior for long in this field.
They end up running teams.
